Step-by-Step Guide to Change Your Civil ID Address
- Book an Appointment via META Portal
Visit the META portal and navigate to “The Public Authority for Civil Information” section.

- Prepare Required Documents
Ensure you have both originals and clear copies of the following:
Civil ID (original and copy).
Passport (original and copy).
Two recent coloured personal photos (4 × 6 cm) without eyeglasses.
Lease agreement with official stamp or seal.
Copy of the civil ID of the landlord or a resident of the same address.
Building’s PACI number (printed and photographed).
Recent rent receipt (preferably from the current month).
