Kuwait Philippine Basketball Team Gears Up for GCC OFW All-Filipino Cup 2025

The Kuwait Philippine Basketball Team held its first official practice session on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Marina Court, Salmiya, Kuwait. The team, under the leadership of Coaches Jay Reyes and Borj Alisbo, is preparing to represent Kuwait in the upcoming GCC OFW All-Filipino Cup 2025, scheduled to take place in Doha, Qatar, this March.

The team operates under the umbrella of SBP Kuwait and the Filbarck Organization, spearheaded by Franklin James, Jess Garcia, and Renato Niegas. These leaders aim to provide a platform for Filipino athletes in Kuwait to showcase their talents and foster camaraderie within the Filipino community across the GCC.
