To ensure the full recovery of its 15 personnel who tested positive for COVID-19 as well as to safeguard the safety of the public, the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait announces that it will resume its services on Sunday, 20 June 2021. This means that the Embassy will remain closed until Thursday, 17 June 2021.
The Embassy advises all affected applicants with confirmed online passport appointments to follow the Embassy’s official website and social media accounts for new advisories. They will be given new appointment dates that will be published on the Embassy’s Facebook page, so they do not need to get a new online appointment.
At this time, the Embassy will not release new online passport appointment slots at www.passport.gov.ph.
The services of the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO), Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Pag-IBIG Fund, and Social Security System (SSS) will also reopen this 20 June 2021.
Thank you for your continued understanding, and please keep safe.
