Kuwait Last April 9,2020 Directorate General of Civil Aviation published Circular No. ( 2020/45) regarding the decision of the Council of Ministers that they accepted the operation of all airline’s flights to residents of ( Non-Kuwaitis ) wishing to return to their homelands. See below :
Today April 13,2020 Qatar Airways sending memos to their travel partner that they already open 2 flights daily from Kuwait to select destinations connecting to Doha to their home as per the following below schedule.

Another important points to take note :
- Only One-way tickets Ex KWI are allowed to booked and ticketed.
- Passenger must travel only to their home countries ( For e.g UK citizens to travel only to United Kingdom)
- If non-citizens travel to certain destinations than they should hold a Permanent Residence of the country to be allowed to board.
Inbound travel to Kuwait is not permitted
