Area/Facility Coordinator:
- Bachelor degree in Public Administration / Management / Diploma in Engineering or in relevant discipline
- 8 Years’ experience in a relevant field.
- 5 Years’ experience as a Planning Coordinator/Supervisor
- Coordinator (Assist, Area, Material, Planning, Safety, Hospital)
- Oracle Discoverer, SAP, MMMS, MAXIMO or such electronic facilities/asset management etc.
Document Controller
- Degree or Secondary school plus 2 diplomae or certified course in computer operation and 6 years experience in clerical work
- Well acquainted in using PC’s and Software released by Microsoft
- Operating on Ebeams/Maximo
- Must be able to type at least 30-40 words per minute
- Experience in working with Data Base programs & Software

- Secondary school plus 2 years Diploma with 6 years experience as a receptionist or similar work
- Experience in Reception and Public relation works
