A Filipino tattoo artist was arrested for making tattoos inside his home without a license, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to Arab times online the said Filipino was arrested by Rabiya police.
Investigations carried out by the police showed the man was making tattoos inside his home for the past three years and charged KD 500 or P80,000 pesos maximum for making tattoos on the body.
He has been handed over to the concerned authorities.
