There have been horror stories in the Philippines of taxi drivers robbing their passengers. Sadly, the crime has also reached Filipinos in other countries, in the hands of their own countrymen.
According to Ayman Mat reports that security men have arrested a Filipino driver for allegedly robbing a Filipina passenger in Salmiya area.
The Filipina reported that she took out her phone from her bag.

The driver, upon seeing the money, assaulted her and stole KWD 560 (or PhP87,089) from her bag. He then stopped the cab and ran away.
The case is already filed in the Kuwaiti police.
