Eid Al-Adha holiday will start on Wednesday 23rd September and end on September 27th instead of the previously announced date (from Tuesday 22nd of September until Saturday the 26th), Kuwait Civil Service Commission stated Monday.
The holiday will be five days and government bodies will resume work on Monday the 28th of September, the CSC stated.
The CSC has changed the date of the holiday after the Saudi Arabia announcement that the lunar month of Dhul Hijjah will start Tuesday, September 15th and Eid Al-Adha will fall on Thursday, September 24th.
According to KUNA Eid Al- Adha holiday will start on Tuesday, Sept 22 until Saturday Sept 26, Kuwait Civil Service Commission announced on Thursday. The holiday will be five days. Government sectors and other official institutes will resume their official work on Sunday, Sept 27
