Filipinos Arrested for Operating Tattoo Business

3 Pinoys were arrested by Kuwaiti police for turning their apartment into an illegal tattoo shop which catered to over 900 customer in a span of two years.

According to Emirates247 news  suspects were apprehended when authorities acted on a tip-off and sent over an undercover agent who asked the suspects to make a tattoo on his arm.

Undercover Kuwaiti cop paid KWD120 (P18,356) and that once he paid the sum, police men swooped on the flat and seized them.

The three confessed that they had been in this business for nearly two years, during which they served more than 900 customers, mostly Kuwaiti women.

“They rented a flat for KD500 (P76,515) a month and turned it into a tattoo centre. They were charging at least KD100 (P15,000) per session,” the paper said, quoting a police source.
