Foul Play Seen As Filipina Salon Worker Dead In Fall
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 16: A Filipina employee of a ladies beauty salon in Khaitan area died after she fell from the second floor of a building in the area. Initial investigations indicate the possibility of the incident being a homicide. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the incident, securitymen and paramedics rushed to the location to find the victim alive and lying in a pool of her blood.
They rushed her to Farwaniya Hospital where she was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit but she died soon after. Sources said the initial investigations indicate that the Filipina victim was pushed from the second floor, adding that the tenants of the building were summoned for interrogations.
They revealed that the Operations Room received the report from an Egyptian tenant of the building who testified that he and his wife were leaving to work in the morning when they noticed the woman lying on the ground in a pool of blood. Investigations are ongoing to find and arrest the culprit.
